ICU Online Web TV is a work in progress, the creation of PGM Express a web design and film production team. The original purpose was for ICU Online to showcase the PGM Express portfolio but the site has since taken on a life of its own. Please feel free to log in and track our development.
ICU Online Ltd was set up in January 2011 as the business platform behind ICU Online Web TV, our goal is to provide online entertainment via video programs and articles which are accessible to a global audience through any broadband device.
Advertising revenues and sponsorships support the ICU Online platform and although we are a Limited Company we firmly believe in giving back to the community, we offer our content providers the opportunity to find sponsorship for their content, meaning it is possible to get paid for creating content for ICU Online. We feel it is very important to provide business ideas that will generate cash flow for content providers in a climate that is becoming increasingly difficult (in the UK) to find funding or grant money from Government organizations.
We wish to support and encourage the visual and performing arts sector through our online work. Our formula is simple, we have a platform and we have an audience, approximately 1500 people visit ICU each day (this is true at September 2011). Our audience want to see more and more original content, therefore the demand for content on ICU Online is high. Content with the highest demand is sponsor worthy, the content provider keeps 100% of any sponsorship revenue obtained for their content, meanwhile ICU Online supports itself through already established advertising contracts.

LIVE STREAMING: Through ICU Online Web TV you can have your own event streamed out live, we provide the cameras and all streaming equipment (for a cost) and we also provide for you a (limited) customizable page that you can send out to all whom you wish to see your event. This service is aimed at events such as Live Bands, Theatres, Weddings and any live performance. It is exceptionally useful for showcasing a performance to a large overseas audience.
WEB.TV: Our video library is made up from a combination of the best we can find of free to view videos online, (such as videos from YouTube, Yahoo, Vimeo, Daily Motion and any such free to view video network) and productions made by partners of ICU Online or production teams who create content specifically for the web. Our users do not generate our content but our users can suggest content, we have teams who fill the video content based on feedback from our online communities and a board who approve which content is suitable for ICU Online, we avoid sexual materials and any distasteful or extremely violent materials. We tend not to post viral videos in the web TV section (home made videos) so when searching for a subject in our search engines you will not have to first sift through a huge amount of amateur videos before finding the production video you are seeking. At the start of 2011 there will be two thousand video clips in our library, we will provide at least ten thousand videos by the end of 2012.
It should be noted concerning videos not produced by our team, we are not copying videos and re-posting them, we have either permission from the creator or are simply sharing what is free to be shared online.
BLOG CENTRAL: This is our online blog magazine covering news, fashion, health and a variety of topics. We currently have a team of bloggers keeping blog central up to date. Our news articles are a combination of re-posts from a selection of news networks found free online to whom we have subscribed, and our own team of bloggers who keep us all up to date with what they have discovered to be news worthy.
